Title: United Grey Golf GTi pics
Post by: Dan-Brown on 10 May 2007, 21:59
Picked up new car today from motorpoint. Easy handover no fuss, good price. Cant stop grinning!

BTW I'm no photographer so the pics are simply point and shoot!

Yeah I did wonder about it being 'too grey' with grey leather as well but it looks fine in the flesh, motorpoints only catch as far as i can see is 2 years instead of 3 years waranty, which you can upgrade for a 3rd year either via them or one of the companies on the web.

Think colour coding would look great creepy, but i've spent out for the minute! Where would you get it done and would it require new rear bumper or can you sand it and paint, I mean I wouldnt, but could a professional?!

When I had mine done, I bought R32 side skirts ( smooth and already primered) £65 the pair, and had the rear bumper smoothed a little, but it was still a little bit grainy, but i didn't think it looked odd TBH.
I had mine done locally (Kent)
