Title: how hard to turbo a dx engine??

just bored and a random thought came in to my mind! (i have many of these every day like the one where i buy an arse-less spider man suit but thats for another time  :lipsrsealed:) now back to this.... i am getting a tuned dx lump next week and was wondering how hard it is to turbo, now i know turbo technics or what ever they where called used to do this but can you make a kind of diy turbo kit?? now i dont want the car to blow up mind, but a little turbo would be sweet!  :undecided: please no beeeatch slapping for starting a dumb thread!  :grin:

not that difficult.. most of the hardware is readily available. its the custom pipework/manifolds and management that get tricky.

well who wants the job of sitting on my bonet with a leaf blower in hand every time i drive about?? there is a mug of tea in it for them  :wink:
