get insurance on another car that i do not own,but will be lent it for two weeks and they are all ready insured on thier car.

i tried to put my sisters car on my policy with admiral instead of my golf while it wa soff the road and they wouldn't becasue it wasn't reguisterewd in my name. I think they'd have to put you on their insurance....

what ,so put me down as a named driver,do you think they would do it for two weeks.

also if my car is written off in the next couple of weeks will my insurance be stoped aswell.as i can drive other cars on my policy at the mo.

Hmmm......i reckon your options are:

1) get yourself added to the other persons policy as a temporary additional driver

2) take out a short term policy, based on what you have said and applying it to the acceptance criteria on our short term scheme you would need to take the polciy in the other drivers name with yourself as a named driver

lol yeah we do corrado's, jetta's and polo's too!  :grin: Nah only kidding mate, we can cover most cars within reason (no lambo's, ferrari's etc!!) its just vee dubs are one of the cars we specialise in!  :smiley:
