cut your ignition off once the rear wiper sits flat. This is so the wiper stays in the flat position.

Now unbolt the wiper and place it in the normal upright position.

the wiper should now fall back to the layflat position when you turn the ignition on.

i did it the other way. Im not sure if it will work that way but let us know if it does. :)

Remove the boot panel and undo the nut that holds the wiper linkage on to the end of the motor spindle, turn the arm through 180 degrees and reattch it to the spindle and do up the nut.

You may have to adjust the wiper arm to make sure it sits how you want it.
