Title: Quick one for thoese in the know
Post by: AlanD on 30 April 2007, 15:25: I currently have standard 15'' GTi alloys. I am looking at sticking on some 17'' BBSRXII on it. Currently paying Ã‚£1200, roughly how much am I looking at if I stick these on it?

Basically if they cost the same or less than original equipment then theres no difference.

I should add that this is the case with us, it will vary depending on who your actual insurer is so best to check with them as some more mainstream companies dont like any mods... :smiley:

The whole ethos of insurance companies though is based on replacemet cost and most aftermarket alloy wheels cost a lot less than what VAG charge! Any manufacturer for that matter.
