do you guys have a seperate thing for locking/unlocking the doors?
i have to go around locking each door individually, as the alarm remote i dont have
quite easy to replace or? i think its the standard clifford alarm

Again as far as I know Gti's came with a key fob remote.

Sounds like your central locking aint working anyway!

found the central locking pump in the boot near the o/s lights, the thing was disconnected. though when i did connect it, it started making a buzzing sound. should this go away or always buzz? guessing its pumping something to shut the locks.

sounds like there could be an air leak somewhere, mine did it once when one of the pipes had come out. it keeps pumping away to itself for a while if the system isn't air tight...
