Hi
Noticed that there is no UnderTray on the MK3, is this normal?
Even if it is, is it possible to get one from VW? P/N Anyone?

my 97 P doesn't have one

its about the only thing my blooming tractor does have - no electric anything, no central locking and the aerial isn't connected to anything useful, the boingy suspension was comedy in the corners...
but it does have an undertray

My 97 16v has the full undertray
The 96 8v only had the little tiddler covering the waterpump, ps belt, aux belt
The full one is worth getting as it will help keep the water from puddles off your ps belt, which can 'hold' the steering for a split second or so...a bit freaky when that happens

And will stop people nicking your fog lights?
Hope so, as the ones on the car i have were nicked apparently

No it doesnt keep the water off the power steering belt!
I have the full undertary and had that loss of steering problem. Until I got the belt changed.

The tray is fitted as standard to noisy diesels.
My 16v anniversary has one it also has a plastic covering over the sump too
