According to the Bentley manual - no fuse or relay!

Why do you ask?

Aha! didnt quite believe that so did a bit more checking!

There are 2 relays and they are up above the normal relays.
ABS relay - J102
ABS hydraulic pump relay - J185

Now that ive got a job again i wanna sort out my abs probs once and for all...wanna  check these are working correctly before i move on to the expensive parts like the pump.

Already replaced the sensor twice, checked the ring and wiring and still i get the code for dodgy r/o sensor....i suspect its the pump though cos i makes all sorts of noiseswhen driving and im not even using the brakes......funilly enough though when i drive the car hard the light goes out for a couple of hours....weird eh.

Any relay can be checked by this method.

Take car for a run and get real warm. Then stop switch off and remove the offending relay, if its warm then its fine, if cold its duff!

Checked the fuse box....there is no other relays above the normal relays, all i found were the two fuses ontop of the relays....checked these both fine.

Think im gonna leave it to the experts and book it into midlandvw.
