i have the mk3 rollingstone 1.6 hard top at the mow but i bin realy intrested in the golf convertible mk3. is there any bad/good points about having a convertible, i think there a very nice lookin car

I've had convertibles for years and have a MK3 cabrio now... with the roof up it's like a hard top, a little bit noiser above about 60/70, but a small price to pay. There's nothing negative to say as far as I'm concerned...

do you no what insurance group they are in high or low? i realy fancy one, the ones i have seen up to now range over the  £2000  not seen any under up to now,

Not a clue what the insurance group is I'm afraid... it costs me about £250 fully comp.. I'm 42, South of England, car on the drive... you need to pay over £2000 to get a good one...
