Title: Calling all potential magazine feature cars
Post by: sarah on 11 April 2007, 19:14
Hello

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post it.

Basically, I'm in my final year of my Journalism degree and for my dissertation I am writing 9000 words worth of articles about VW's and in particular Golfs.

I am looking for anyone who owns a Golf who feels that their car is up to the standard of been a feature car in a leading magazine.  If you feel that yours fits the bill then please get in touch.

I would send it off to a publication as this is part of the specification, but obviously there are no guarantees it would get published due to them preferring to have their own people write articles!

The information i need is as follows:

Any modifications you have done and plan to do - both mechanical and looks.
Spec of the car
Your information i.e. full name, age and location
What you love about the car and why you bought it
Big long term plans for the car

That's all i can think of for now

My email address is sarah.longstaff86@gmail.com

Thanks in advance

Calling Joe Clarke, calling Joe Clarke, I think of anyone on here that should be interested in this it should be you, especially as you've done a lot of the work yourself etc etc.
