Title: Wiper speeds

My mate reckons you can change the speed of the intermitent (is that spelt right?) setting of the windscreen wipers, is he right? If so, how do u do it?
My car is a '97 mk3 8v

Flick intermittent wipe on brifely, only allowing the blade to swipe once.

Then pause for the delay between strokes you want, then flick down the intermittent wiper again. Leaving it down should result in intermittant wipe at the speed you selected.

Cheers for that - works a treat! Ive had the car for two years now and are still finding stuff out about it, such as a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that ive got heated wing mirrors. (I should get round to reading the manual methinks!)
