Title: Arches and sills for 1.3 mk2 which ones ??

just wondering which arches i need to add to my 5dr 1.3 non gti the problem i am having is that the GTI trim that goes across the door os thinner than the non gti so i am unsure if they are compatable with my car ? if anyone has done this can they post some pictures so i can see please or message me with my requirements.
