Title: exhaust system question

on the non gti exhaust can i remove the first box for a straight through pipe to the back box ? and if so is it MOT Legal ? any help appreciated. thanks

Quite legal due age of car, but may fail on emissions and excess noise.

ive got a straight through to get rid of the middle box, im looking to replace it with a standard part if you fancy a swap?

where are you located and is it correctly angled ? just to confirm mine is a Non GTI mk2 ? thanks
