Looking nice.
Where can I get a hold of them wheels and how much do they cost?
I'm looking at getting some new ones for mine and they look smart.
-
Ello L8,
Just out of intrest where did you get the rear roof spoiler, did you fit it yourself?
A tidy looking motor you got there
-
do you have to inform the insurance when you've added a boot spoiler, even if it is a genuine vw part ?? :undecided:

L8 - very nice looking gt tdi well done :)
-
£280 not bad,
I've put a deposit down on a 1.9 se tdi on a 52 reg, thing is i'm having second thoughts!!! :undecided:
It's done 64k, and i said what about the cam belt, he reckons not needed till 80k  also the service book got lost from the last owner, but, i've read on here you can go to any stealer and they'll sort out another. How true is that?
Also, grr  by the drivers wiper where it sits there's a hole in the plastic, i pointed this out and he said there was a stone stuck there!! now as there's a hole where will the water run too, would it be into the engine bay?
-
cambelt is deffo 60K.
going by the info you've given I'd walk away from it. Very convenient that he's 'lost' the service book
with regards to the hole by the wiper; it should go into the drainage point and down but there is always a chance it will find a way into the cabin.
I'd walk away mate. If you don't feel right about it then chances are it isn't. Best get out now!
-
I agree with Rhyso…. Walk away!!
-
Lost service book......yeh right, probably been clocked !
