Only a panel filter I am afriad as your car is K-jet and  the cone filters will only fit on the later digifant models.

You can fit a K&N panel filter in an adpated box. Some people remove the trumpet at the front and others drill the inner wing side of the box.

Theres a few other threads on it.

All you have to do is drill some holes in the bottom of the air box and you will get the induction roar.

When doing this make sure that you only drill thefront side, back side and the wing side.

You will also find an oval shaped tube on the front of the air box and if you remove this too you will really tell the difference.

Hope this helps mate,

James.

i wouldnt drill the back just the front and wing side. DO NOT drill any sides that face the engine cos you will only suck in warm air

I would get a cone filter on a digifant and make up a plastic shield so you don't draw hot air into it from the engine.

Or you can do the same tricks as for a K-jet if you want to retain the standard air box.

PiperX do an induction kit for k-jets, its like a big boat thing that bolts on to the top of the existing airbox and replaces the base unit

dunno much about them though

drilled & replacement panel filter is just as good & about 1/4 of the price

I took out the trumpet last week and it definatly makes a difference in sound i could'nt beleive it, its worth doing!!. I had a full cobra exhaust system fitted last wednesday and i bought a k&N pannel filter this weekend which i fitted still leveing out the trumpet and the car is faster a lot more responsive.  ;D ;D rolling road tuning now to smooth things up a little.   ;)
