Title: Shiney exhaust tips

Anyone know something good for getting these back from soot black to shiney silver?

Autosol is highly regarded. Autoglym metal polish seems to work too.

Use this all the time and its fantastic. Also used it on alloys and they come up like new.  Just don't use them on laquered alloys, the Monza's being a prime example as it takes the laquer off.

I read a similar post on another forum and quite a few people recommended Megs NXT metal polish.

I am probably going to be buying some and testing it on my exhaust this weekend

Whats more spooky than using the above is that you Hully have a picture of Autosol on your photobucket! :wink:

i just use wd-40 it works and doesnt cut into the chrome

WTF - I use that on my "tail pipe" - but not to get it shiny again!  :shocked:
