Title: Side Skirts
Post by: Len on 27 March 2007, 10:50
Did a mock up fix on one of my new side skirts from the body kit and was wondering what I should do!

If I leave the existing stuff where it is the new skirts will sit o.k. and I can glue them on and a bit of filler etc.

Or should I take off all the existing stuff and fix them properly?
How much work is that?

my skirts come off pretty easy but it dont know about the fitment of your new ones, if it  was me i would go for stripping the old ones and fitting the new.

I know!

But as it fitted so nice without doing anything............
Yea I know thats the lazy way and I would always be concerned about what I am covering up etc.
Was thinking more about speed and ease of fitting really.

your better off doing it properly first time plus whilst you got the old bits off you can give it a good clean.
