Title: engine mangnt light came on and now gone off?

Hi Guys

Engine management light on my car turned on a couple of days ago.  I reset the ecu (unplugged the battery) then after 2 days the whilst driving the light turned off.  Do I need to get this loooked at with a disnostic tool or dont i need to worry about it?

If it was my car i'd be very curious as to what the fault was.. rather than burying my head in the sand.
