using a flat screwdriver, release the upper and lower clips holding the grill on, theres one under each headlight too at the bottom. Pull the grill / trim forward and remove it.
release the pins which hold the arch liner to the bumper ends. On the bumper are 8 bolts to remove - three on the top and 5 on the bottom , as well as fog and indicator wiring plugs, as if you dont disconnect them the bumper will do it for ya when it comes away lol and it slides forward on guides, then slides back on again etc.

cheers :) ... and the rear one???

Basically the same but without the wiring stuff and not so many bolts!
Gotta do this job myself in the next week or so, so any problems you get pass them on mate!

Been looking at mine in greater detail. found the 4 under the hatch, behind some little plastic caps.
there appears to be some underneath that I cant quite see!

there are bottom bolts on the rear but the haynes doesnt show where they are exactly, might just have to lie under the car and look up
