Hello everyone!

24yr old lad from south b'ham

Im new to the VW scene, having never owned a mk2 gti one but always admired them as i am a massive fan of german cars. (owned a few 3 series)

im after a nice 3 door mk2 dark coloured (grey, oak green) 16v, im kinda weary of the dreaded ebay to be honest altho there are a few tempting examples on there!

hoping to spend 1500-2000! i know for that money i aint gettin a minter but i gotta start somewhere!

any help or advice for a golf virgin would be GREATLY appriciated.

you should get a half decent 16v for that money there was a few on ebay last week
