ello all, im wondering if i can fit 17*7" alloys without having to do any arch mods?
ill be running coilovers, with the 17's on what depth of drop would you all recomend?
havent bought my mk3 GTi yet but im looking into what i can do with the car first lol
any help will be appreciated, cheers

7*17's with 205's should be ok. i know 7.5*17s catch on the rear of plastic arch mk3's.
although to be fair, what with variations in suspension parts and the fact that some 205 tyres have 'rounder' side walls than others you are best just going for it and rolling the arches as required!
