Just a warning to you all - do not buy the cheap transistors that you see for sale on EBAY, they will cook your engine management system.

i do really feel for you if you have actually fried your ecu!!!! but the whole 'if it seems to go to be true, it prob is' is actually a valuable bit of info :tongue:

they are just cheap resistors available from any electrical store
they will trick the ecu into thinking the air coming into the engine is colder, which in turn will increase the fuelling.
They are complete rubbish and only available on ebay for that reason. No self respecting company will endorse them
