looks like you have got your work cut out for you!
-
yeh theres a lot of work but it will all be worth it anlything it will need to go away for is an engine transplant i can do the rest of the work myself wich saves a lot of money
-
what are you plans for it then? colour wise, engine wise etc
-
got 2 options for the colour either matt black with white wheels white roof with a cream and blakc leather interior or candy red with white roof white wheels red and cream interior or gloss black with black roof black wheels with red lip black and red leather interior engine wise just the standerd 1.8 gti at the momant hope fully a 1.8 turbo engine around sept time ild like to put the 1.8t engine with a cupra r 6 speed gearbox but i dunno if it will match up
-
I like the idea of candy red, with a white roof.
keep us updated
-
Now thats what i call a blank canvas! its got a lot of potential. Always had a soft spot for Audi S-line style ,silver body with burgundy/red roof leather interior slammed on some polished oem+ rims mmm  keep posting progress on this please.
-
Red cab - that will be lovely with white roof - don't see many of them around anymore, I think you find the production line set-up for RED mk1 cabs was a white roof and not black.
Will be good to see another cab saved
