May be interesting to see the results in 5 days time!

Tried both and currently own a DSG
For a blast manual has the edge, but for day to day living and to never be embarrassed off the line DSG wins hands down. IMO of course

I have to agree with that... which is why I went for manual in my Edition 30 as its a weekend car. Next year or the year after I'll get an R32/36 with DSG again.. but as a daily driver.

For a semi crip like me, the DSG is a no-brainer

BUMP - Just so we see the results.... if we're still interested

DSG Wins!!!
Never Driven one myself so I can't comment, just prefered the simplicity of the manual being honest. Ok well that wasn't as exciting as I'd hoped really! Back to driving the Golf for me then!

Trot along to a VW or Audi stealer, and ask to borrow a DSG car, the Golf and A3 with the 2.0 TDI and DSG is particularly awesome!
OK, I'll bu&&er off and wash my mouth out for mentioning diesel!
