How do I go about getting the torque settings for the split nuts n bolts?

just do them up f* tight, i've split, re-furbed and re-joined quite a few splits now and they've all been fine by doing them nice and tight.

They should start introducing that in Haynes Manuals

 Torque Setting = F/T (F*ckin tight)

^^^ mind you, its worth doing them tight but not ridiculous, i've snapped bolts trying to un-bolt wheels where they've corroded over time, so be a bit carefull!
