Title: Giddy Up!

Hi,

Guess what - I'm new here!  I've been dubbing for about 13 years now.  Current vw is a 1984 Rabbit Convertible aka mk1 golf cabriolet (that's what it was called in North America).

I've only owned this one for a smidge under two years.  It is not a daily driver - my climate is not quite appropriate from topless drving 12 months of the year.  my previous vw was a  MK2 8v GTi.

So here is the current ride...

As you can see it is slightly lower than stock   :cool:

I like to AutoX it (aka SoloII, AutoSlalom, etc)

The real reason I joined this forum is that I will be in the UK and Ireland in May and am hoping to catch a few VW shows or gatherings... so let me know what's happening in central London, Dublin, Cardiff, Cork and with luck I will get to see some Euro dubs in person.
