Title: Simple guide to tighten power steering belt?

Hi, please can someone post  a simple guide to tightening the power steering belt on a 1996 mk3 GTI 16v.

Ive got the common problem of the steering going stiff in the rain and the belt is too loose.

Two bolts, the securing bolt and the slider bolt. Undo both and slide to tension, hold in place and toghten the slider bolt first, then the securing bolt.
The difficult bit is its under the car!

In my experience this is only worth doing once, if it goes loose after that then change the belt.

Cheers Len. Thought as much. I'm pretty sure the belts new just not tightened correctly so I'll give it a blast.
