Title: Flames!!

So after a rather "spirited" drive in my 8v digi, along some windy A roads following a mate's Fiesta ST, i was notified by another friend (following me in his ZR) that I had flames popping out of my exhaust when i was giving it some beans!

is this anything to be worried about? the timing is in for adjustment on wednesday, will that have an effect?

Just means it is overfuelling. Once the timing is done it should be fine.

ta very much, although i quite like the rally car style flames  :embarassed:
