Title: R32 roof lining.
Post by: Creepy Coupe on 19 February 2007, 08:28
Sorry for the lame post, but I visited a VW dealer at the weekend, and test drove an R32, on our return to the showroom, the salesman showed me a brand new black 3 door they had in that week, and too my surprise it had a white/cream roof lining, I thought they were al black, "so begs the question" what determines what colour you get.

I thank you...

The GTI has a black roof lining, but as far as I am aware the R32 has the white/cream roof lining (at least it is on my sisters' Shadow Blue R32)

Well that's why I'm confussed, as the the two demo cars at the dealers had black linings and the new car in the showroom had cream.

I'm wondering if it comes with the cloth interior.

Don't think the leather/cloth has any difference on the headlining, could be wrong though!  :undecided:

Hmmm, I asked several dealers, none of which can give me the answer.
