Title: Urgent how do you change the power steering belt??

Right i thought i had found the adjuster but nope lol

you need to remove the alternator belt first.
then the ps belt. i cant remember how to though. i think you have to remove one of the pulleys!

no you dont there is a little adjuster on the PAS pump and a little 13mm nut on the under side of the adjuster that you need to undo lol

sorted that only out i have two belts one is too big the other too small lol

Bloody motor factors...

as you said, just loosen off the 13mm bolt, knock it up the adjuster and the belt will come off. There is absolutely no need to remove pulleys or take the alternator belt off. Although it is worth doing it as you are down there.

can't remember off the top of my head how long the belt is, but what ones do you have? The numbers usually refer to the length. i.e. 800 = 800mm

There should be enough adjustment on the pump to tighten it up.
