Title: So anyone doing any track days this year?

I've just booked my first on the 23rd March at Abingdon through www.motorsport-events.co.uk  :wink:

well im hopefully doin a few, 1st one im doing is sunday 25th feb, pending on 7 day forecast on monday......, im now in the dilema now ive lowered the golf and bunged on better wheels, do i use this (how ever it aint gonna be as quick as the vr6 was at cadwell in november) or do i take the mr2 turbo........ i guess ill see what the weather is gonna be like!!

yup im doing next sunday the 25th at cadwell, all booked and paid for...  now which car do i use.... or decide on the monring weather permitting... lol

Should be doing Cadwell Park, Bedford and Nurburgring again. Would like to try and squeeze in Oulton Park again, but I've only got 6 months left with this scoob, so gotta cram them in!

Ty Croes, Anglesey will have its new circuit layout finished very soon and dates are now on from June onwards. Its much bigger now than the original and I enjoyed that in the scooby, so the new layout should be much better. I will be doing Oulton again also.

Let me know if anyone interested in Anglesey or Oulton. Hoping to do Donny sometime this year too

Did Goodwood on Sat (23/02/07) and am planning Castle Coombe on 16/04, possibly a couple of Bedford days and a trip to the 'ring with Club GTI in the summer.

Just got a fully prep'd Golf Mk1 gti...and it's a little rocket  :evil:

Aiming to get myself down to the Nurburgring this year in my main car - 3.0 Vectra - and the Golf this year, prob going to be late summer tho if i'm honest.....
Got some work to finish on both before they are ready.

castle combe for sure this year. also maybe a haynes test track session later in the year!!! (awesome agressive fun!)
