Title: worth a read.... pretty shocking really!!
Post by: ...joe on 16 February 2007, 12:15: now i'm not one for jumping on bandwagons without seeing both sides of the story but this takes the piss! you can't really argue with the legalities here! feel sorry for the guy who is out of pocket but also feel other people should be carefull of companies like this.....

nah mate...got warned about these ages ago, think corin mite have mentioned it actually...
I had heard that they had been taken over? :undecided:

Post by: ...joe on 20 February 2007, 17:04: the thing with places like this is its not that they necessarily do bad work, and judging by the fact they're still in business shows they are competant on some level but my measure of how trustworthy/reliable a company is, is how they deal with problems like this. in this case they dealt with it very badly!

At some time I guess there was some middle ground and maybe it could have been settled but each side dug their heels in and that was that!
Still feel sorry for the guy though.
