Title: How much should i sell this for?

I know nothing about what its worth, so some help before i put it on e.bay would be great!

Its a 8 valve head of a Golf GTI 1990 Digifant that has been fully re-cond. New tappetts, seals etc etc...also head has been skimmed

I'd put the starting price at around £30, and maybe a reserve at £50.  Depends how much u spent on it really.  Problem is unless you can ship it for a reasonable sum only locals will be interested!
