what would be the better offset to bring the wheel into the arch , a et 38 or a et 20 is it the smaller the number the closer the wheel is into the arch

et38 would be further into the arch than et20 (actually 18mm further in)

just to clarify, a higher offset will move the wheel towards the suspension, and a lower offset will push it outwards towards the arch.
