Title: changing cams what else do i need????

hi i am having a ported and polished head and newman cams put in my mk2 16v does anyone know what else might need 2 be changed aswell such as gaskets or seals etc???? thanx

timing chains is a good idea. if the cams are a bit lairy a vernier might help get the best out of the cams.

get the valve stem oil seals done too while its in bits
