Title: Rear heated windscreen.

My rear heated windscreen has never worked and i have never worked out why. Tried replacing switch and fuse but still no joy. Any ideas plz.

is the connector on the windscreen connected?

Yeah there connected but seem a bit corroded, rusty. cleaned them up but still no joy.

chect the wires that go into the boot through the gommet type thing, mine was the same and the wires were split in there

Dubslug thankyou. Mystery solved. You were spot on, took me twenty minutes to re solder wires.One of numberplate light wires had also nearly snapped. Thanks again :) ;)
