Title: Alloy width on Mk3

Hi,

The accepted alloy radius max is 17" but does anyone know what is the widest you can go ?

8" or higher ?

I'm gonna be putting my new rims on soon. They're 7" (I think) so if they fit I'll let you know and I'll see how much clearance there is
