Hi.
Went out yesturday in my golf and noticed that the NSR Headlining (above back seat n/s) is all flopping down
How the hell do i fix it back up? It looks a mission to get to it as i would need to start from the very back and work my way
to the loose bit.
What holds it up?
-
I too would be interested to know what holds this up, mine is sagging badly at the back.
I tried spray glue but that lasted about 2 weeks....
Any ideas?
-
A good quality spray glue should do it thats what i used i think mine was "Evo".

Cheers for the tip Darren...
The spreay glue I used did not look 'that' quality stuff...
Will try harder next time... off to B&Q then... lol

i had this problem too,, i tried glue, i couldnt make it look good so i just got another headlining :) easy enuf to fit and cost bugger all if you can find one
-
Have you got that headlining in yet Darren or is it still sat in the garage for another day
-
B, You know me too well...

Good, I'm not alone! Mine's been "en flop" at the back now for a few weeks, and I noticed tonight that it's having a moment around the front by the windscreen.
I'll try the "quality" spray glue approach, but does anyone know where you can get a headlining that isn't black from? I like the black, but it just seems to make the interior seem a little... er.. dark.

Easy enough to fit? Was yours a sunroof or non sunroof? I've always had trouble fitting headlinings (albeit I've never done a Golf one)...

yeah i have a sun roof, thats the hardest part, but still fairly easy, just gotta have a fair bit of patience putting the strip around the edge back on.
