Title: reverse switch

on my golf i have no reverse lights. i have checked the bulbs for continuity and they are fine. so all i can guess is that its the reverse switch.
is this easy to change for a DIY job? and is it easy to get to?

hi mate, i recently changed tis on my valver. it is a 5 min job. the switch is on the top of the gearbox next to the speedo cable and is the only wires coming from the gear box. unplug the push swicth unscrew the switch/plundger and do a straight swap. plug back in and your away.think the part was about 12quid from euro car parts.
