just bought a set of -40mm Apex springs from venom.

£70 delivered!


will let you know the crack when I get them fitted (after I've had the ear bashing off the missus!!

40mm is a good choice, decent compromise between looks and performance.

can you get pics up if poss.. -40 is the way I want to go, though I may have issues with road humps :sick:

i've found -40mm very good with road humps, no issues with big bumper and 16v splitter at all :)

My 16v splitter catches some humps already, and its not even lowered yet!

i really cant afford new shocks all round and i know my front oens are showing their age, but a 40mm spring set on original shocks, ive alreayd been told will kill em orf, i dont think i want to risk that for noe, or want to bu all new all the way round.. due to dollar  :undecided:
