Title: Exhaust Flapper

I have looked through loads of posts on the flapper mod, but cannot make head nor tail of it!
I want to try this mod the easiest way. Is it a case of detaching the pipe and clamping it? Also, some underbody pictures of the correct way to do it would be better.

Its alot to ask, but dont ask you dont get!
