Title: Led brake lights
Post by: TagnuT on 23 January 2007, 22:00
Looks like the golf wont be getting any this time. But, has anyone fitted LED brake light "bulbs" to their golf? Such as these......

I just like the way they come on and go off so fast such as on the Eos & Passat. Mind you has anyone noticed that the last 3 series had LED brake lights but the current one does not? Why?

My dealer told me the new lights are LED's. Could this be part of the 07 spec?

OMG - that looks really Chav-tastic!

Some Pikey might think of it as the latest bling jewelery - eek

The '07 spec still have the conventional tungsten filament lamps, although they are only 6W mini-halogens, brightness controlled by CAN-BUS command.  The 3rd high level brake light is LED though!
