Title: cant get my exhaust fitted together
Post by: pbaronmk1cab on 23 January 2007, 20:28
i got a mk2 supersprint backbox, centre section and what i think is a cat section which connects to the downpipe ive fitted BUT the seal inbetween the 2 sections doesnt seem to seat correctly to let me piece the exhaust together.

my question is what section do i need to either replace the cat, or seal to  piece the existing sections together.

thanks

Which bit isn't sealing? Is it the 3 bolt flange which isn't sealing?

You should replace that downpipe with a PB downpipe and manifold, as it happens I have both for sale at the moment ;)
