nay help is greatly appreciated

Remove the grill. 2 retaining bolts on the top, and a load of plastic clips. Unclip the loom from the spot lights.
Remove the 4 bolts that hold the main light unit in place. Job done.

what about the replacing of the lense ?
-
lense cant be replaced as they are bonded on.... get yaself down the scrapyard for a compete unit (a tenner at most)

i am here in Australia and mk2 parts are limited and hard to find....
so lookas like im after a whole headlight replacement..
but i have been told that i can use some auto seal and seal the lens back to the light can this be done >
-
i did mine with no more nails as they were only jsut being held in.. i took mien apart to clean the condensation and reseal.. worked very well
-
so yes i can reseal the light lens back on ?
-
sorry, i didnt realise where u were
sounds like you can replace the lens alone then according to what mattneck says...
might have a go at it myself actually, my inner spots could do with a clean inside

i jsut popped mine off, put the sealer inside the lip on the ehadlamp and smoother it out towards the outside then pushed the glass in to aovid it gonig down inside the acutal light.. it coems out the edges a bit but jsut lap it up with kitchen towel or whatever
