found plenty of posts of how to change lowering springs and stuff but which height is favourite?
from what i see the choices are: 30, 35, 40 and 60mm
if using 15" wheels will i hit speedhumps with the 60mm ones?!

60mm from std carb model height will be fine (I think!)
I'm lowered 80mm, and I only get the occasional touching of bumps with passengers in the back.
I'm in the process of looking from some springs to lift my car a bit too much arch rubbing at -80mm!
hope this helps!

Sorry to butt in ! rowlers do you have any pics of your car with that drop ?

Fancy some Spax 60mm springs??
-
looks better than standard height!
so you selling some 60mm springs or have i misunderstood :D

I'm running ATS Cups 15*7 (ET28) they rubbed like fook so had to get the arches chopped and sealed. The arch trims are now bonded on.
Tyres are 195/50, but I'm swapping to 45s as soon as I'm due new tyres.
ben you have PM!

No sorry mate, i was asking Rowlers if he would like some 60mm springs in exchange for the 80mm springs, as i would like to go a bit lower but can't really afford coilovers at the moment.
