Just done a service on my golf and want to know how to turn the service reminder off and reset to next interval, anyone know how to do this???

right lets see if i can remember!!!< ignition off, hold down mile reset knob for 5 sec, turn igg on whilst still holding reset knob, now should display '----' now release rest knob then turn clock knob left or right then it should clear!!!, ig of then back on 2 check should be ok, if dosnt work try holding clock nob for 5 secs as cant remember which one u hold down!!!
