Title: Jst got my 9a engine in, need help!!

For the past few months we have been rebuilding and fitting a 9a block with a 1.8 head, started it up last night and it wouldn't tick over until it was revved up, it goes very well jst bit ropey on idle, anybody know whats up and how to fix it?

now its all in and done i would take it to somewhere like awesome and have it rolling roaded and set up nice. it would be a shame to only do half a job seeing as you have done such a great job!!

have a look thru the 16v tuning guide in the mk2 maintenance+info section, see where that gets you :)
