Title: lowering and anti roll bar Q's!

hi everyone
was wondering if anyone has han any experiance with apex or gmax suspension setups on there mk4?
looking to lower on a sub 300pound budget!
also if i lower 45mm wil the anti roll bar need changing and how much am i looking at to have this done? (1.8t, 18"rs4 alloys)

i've got pss9's admitedly there weren't cheaper, but it's pretty low. i has RSD fit them and also these items that move the anti roll bar up to stop it rbubing on the drive shaft.
