 An martin can show the boss man of HIC therefore gettin a pay rise because of the business he is generating and then he can get his poor raddo sorted

We dont get paid commision but when we have our pay review they do take into account "grade of service" so any recommedations etc i get do actually help!  :cool:

I will make sure i show him this thread when the time comes  :wink:
