Title: Yet another n00b!!!

Hi all, just got my very first Golf GTI

It's a G reg mk2 8v and I have to say I am very impressed with it!

Needs a bit of TLC but I hope to get this looking good soon!!!

And here she is!!!

Any comments would be welcome as to what to do to get her looking sweet! (Apart from a bloody good wash & polish!!!)

Erm..wash it, polish it, lower it, take that eyebrow spoiler off, get some new number plates. Job done  :afro:

comments?- ermm new front number plate :grin: ermm get the trims colour coded? as you said a nice clean up! n will start looking v.swish! :laugh:

yeah, spray ur door trims and front bumper bit ( that ur number plates on)??

 all i notised was the BMW centre caps on the wheels  :rolleyes:

Cool!!! Gonna be busy!

I have got new rims, suspension and a debadged grille on my shopping list already...

Are grille spilers not cool any more then?

BMW wheels!!! lol thats why new rims are on my list!!! i want to get some 15's under there!!!

must be the time for MK2 Gti's yours looks a lot nicer then mine, mine needs a proper facelift, no matter how much i polish it wont make it any better.....

welcome to u! i like eyebrow spoilers, the rims are fine just give it a good clean and lower it! thats all a good old gti needs! the rest is up to you!
